Things To Bring: Large trash bag for dirty clothes, sleeping bag or sheet & blanket, pillow, towels, soap, shampoo, deodorant,  toothbrush, toothpaste, Bible, pen, tablet, Girls: 1 piece swim suit + wrap or towel. Boys: trunks + towel. There will be seperate swim times for boys and girls.

 

Absolutely NO: Knives, lighters, matches, tobacco in any form, video games, or items of mischief.  All such items will be confiscated till check out.  No cell phones!!!!

 

Medications: All medications (prescription and non-prescription) must be packed in a separate ziplock baggie with name marked in permanent black marker and must be turned in to camp nurse upon registration.  Medications will be administered 3 times a day unless otherwise noted on prescription.  On a blank index card, please provide for medication instructions.  Return index card with your application. 

Deadline: All registration forms with fees must be received by October 5, 2010.  Any received afterward will not be guaranteed a spot. Your registration fee secures your spot therefore it is non-refundable if you decide not to show up.   

 

Camp Store: Parents choose an amount to put on their child’s camp store card and this amount is added to the registration fee.  When campers spend, that amount is deducted from the card.  We encourage the campers to use the total amount on their card by the end of camp or donate the remaining balance to the ministry. 

 

Free Camp/No Fees!  In the event that your child wants to come to camp but cannot afford to pay the registration fees, it’s the parents’ responsibility to find them a sponsor. Usually the church where they attend will help sponsor a child.  Other options may include relatives, friends and neighbors.  Checks are to be made out to GNO Ministries.  The other alternative is to have your child work hard at bringing 5 new campers.  If they can bring 5 campers who never been to a GNO camp, then your child comes for free. This way, all children are able to attend camp.  Please don’t let your child miss out on one of the most awesome experiences of their lives!  Begin your search now for sponsorship.   

 

Camp Cancellations:  If we must cancel the camp or retreat in the case of an emergency,  we can only contact those whose forms we have received. Cancellations will be posted on our website, so watch for updates.  Please act responsibly and turn in your form by the deadline.
* We are a non-profit ministry. Camp fees go toward food, lodging, and utilities for the weekend.*
