I was blessed to be a part of this years summer camp and witness the wonderful works of our Lord. The Holy Spirit just filled every service the children were so overwhelmed by His presences they just fell to their knees and were overcomed with His love the kind of love that removes every hurt you have inside and is replaced with God's pure and cleansing love. God gave gifts of tongue and revalations to many how awesome is are God!!!! Joe's teaching was awesome it made me really how much I desire to go deeper into God.

The spring retreat experience motivated my daughter so much that she raised nearly all of the money needed on her own! I'm so proud of her and so thankful to the camp staff for encouraging her. She told me before she left for camp that she expects to be totally changed when she returns.

What an awesome time!!! watching all the young kids worship and praise God and seeing them fall on their faces and just be totally consumed by God was awesome God is sooooo great. The theme was about going deep and the kids learned what it means to really go deep into the Lord Pastor Joes teaching touched everyone of the kids heart and I believe that alot of the kids went home changed what a great experience and I know I felt what most everyone there felt too God's presences and most of all God's love for us.

When Joe- Nan called and told me he was having a camp, I wanted to go! I forgot the main reason why I was going though. I was NOT following God's way, I was going my way (Theme Of Camp!) I kept running, running FAR away from him! But I realized there that GOD can do amazing things and turn it from bad to AMAZING and he did. He has changed my life around so much. I'm not that old person I use to be! (Thank Goodness) I'm a strong believer that lives for GOD) It's so amzing! He has touched me in so many ways that I'm so thankful for. I do not what to go back to the old me either, So I'm stayin focused!!! (thanx Joe and Nan for such a great spring Retreat !

Before i went to this camp, I was not following Gods way at all. I was very far away. But as soon as I got there I knew something would happen! I've been going to this camp since I was 7. The Spring retreat in 2010 was the greatest thing! The services were very meaningful & serious! I loved them!
The activities were soooooo.... much fun & I made friends. You should definately come. The food is pretty good too - lol

Camp weekend was so great! At first I missed some of my friends that used to come, but then when camp started I just focused on God and the services were really great. Pastor Joe prayed for all of us and he preached the good word of God and the theme of the camp GOD'S WILL OR YOUR WAY really got me thinking. I have decided to move closer and closer to God until I'm in his will. I love camp. I'm coming back this summer. I hope all my friends come back too.

Camp was awesome! Not only were the games fun but the services were really meaningful. During worship, I had a very powerful encounter with God and I felt God move in my heart in a way that I have not experienced in a long time. One of the most important things that I learned at camp was that I should let God have His way in my life and that I should let Him use me however, whenever, and wherever He pleases. It was also nice to see my friends again. Please come and you will encounter God in a way that you never have before!!

This camp is great cause you can ask Joe and Nan any question and they'll give you a honest, biblical answer. You'll make long-lasting friendships and have fun.

I think Hickory Ridge Christian camp is the absolute best because Pastor Joe knows how to have some
serious fun with the campers and also knows how to be serious about God and His word. He knows how to teach and instill the word into youth! And the fees are so reasonable there's no reason for anyone not to come. God bless you, Pastor Joe!

My son and daughter have been attending camps and retreats for a couple of years and it is an awesome thing to witness when God moves them. Through these camps God has filled my teenagers heart and put a smile on his face again. I praise God for Joe and Nan and what he is going to continue to do througWh them. God is good!!
